SPEAKING & PARTNERSHIPS
Practical ideas, education and collaborations for the baking industry.
I work with bakery businesses, baking schools, associations, communities, publishers and platforms to create useful education, content and commercial opportunities around baking knowledge and digital products.
That might be a masterclass for your community, a commissioned article, a workshop, or a conversation about how your existing expertise could become something new.

WHO I WORK WITH
Different parts of the baking industry. Different opportunities to create value.
I’m interested in working with organisations that already have expertise, an audience or a community — and want to turn that into useful education, content or new commercial ideas.

Bakery Businesses
Retail bakeries and established bakery brands exploring how their recipes, expertise and customer trust could create revenue streams beyond physical production.

Baking Schools & Educators
Schools, training providers and educators looking for practical workshops, resources or content around digital products, and new income opportunities.

Associations & Communities
Membership organisations and baking communities that want to give their audience useful business education, workshops and practical resources.

Publishers & Platforms
Magazines, media platforms and digital communities looking for expert content, features, columns or educational collaborations.
WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
Practical ways to bring these ideas to your audience or business.
From workshops and educational content to digital product ideas and wider collaborations, there are a few different ways we can work together depending on what you want to create.
01
Masterclasses & Workshops
Practical sessions for baking communities, schools, associations and platforms on digital products, monetising expertise and creating new income streams.
02
Commissioned Content
Articles, columns, guides and educational content for baking publications, brands and platforms looking for practical business and digital product insight.
03
Digital Product Strategy
Helping bakery businesses and organisations explore how their recipes, expertise and existing knowledge could become new products, offers or revenue streams.
04
Collaborative Projects
Bespoke partnerships, campaigns and educational projects where your audience, business goals and my experience are a good fit.
RECENT WORK & COLLABORATIONS
A few ways this work is already showing up across the baking industry.
From workshops and educational sessions to industry writing and collaborations, I’m building The Digital Bakery Model through real conversations and projects with baking communities and platforms.

CakeFlix
Invited by CakeFlix to deliver a featured member training on helping bakers and cake decorators turn their existing skills, recipes and knowledge into digital products and educational offers.
The session is now permanently available within the CakeFlix member platform.

Sweet as Success
A reciprocal educational collaboration with Jenny Gilson, founder of Sweet as Success, bringing complementary business expertise to both baking communities.
I joined the Sweet as Success community to deliver “What Else Could You Sell Besides Cake?”, helping bakers identify digital product opportunities from their existing recipes, skills and experience.

Cake Collaborator Magazine
Regular business columnist for Cake Collaborator Magazine, writing about how bakers can create new income opportunities from the knowledge, recipes and experience they already have.
My first feature, “What Bakers Can Sell Beyond Custom Orders,” explores why bakery income can hit a ceiling when every sale depends on more physical production, and how digital products can create another route to growth.
WHAT I BRING
Marketing experience, practical thinking and a focus on what people will actually use.
My background is in marketing, not professional baking — and that’s exactly what I bring to this work.
I’ve spent years helping businesses and creators position offers, build audiences, test ideas, create campaigns and turn interest into revenue. I now apply that same thinking to the baking industry.
That means looking at a recipe, skill, audience or piece of expertise and asking practical questions: Who is this useful for? What problem does it solve? Is there real demand? And what is the simplest way to test the idea before investing heavily in it?

HAVE AN IDEA?
Let’s talk about what we could create together.
If you’re planning a workshop, looking for practical business content for your audience, or exploring a new way to use the knowledge already inside your bakery or organisation, I’d be happy to hear what you’re working on.
Tell me a little about your audience, your idea and what you’d like the collaboration to achieve.
